I start thinking things like "what if my metabolism gets stuck like this, and I'll be 130 pounds forever?" and I kind of work myself into a tizzy and get discouraged and want to give up.
Can someone give me some advice? Will my body ever start burning fat? Is it all in my head? ![]()
