I am 25, 5'1" and currently 151. Trying to get down to 125.
Good luck. I also decided to try and lose some weight. I'm 130, and my ultimate goal would be at 120-122. I've been going back & forth between 120 & 130 for 3 years now.
I've been dieting forever, feels like it anyway. Today I am trying to get back to doing a food log. I also need some luck. ![]()
