Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

I would love to join your challenge.  I will post my starting weight on June 30 (after my 10k run)  I have lost 9lbs so far on the last challenge I joined, so I am hoping the motivation from this challenge will get me throught the last 10 I need to lose.

If you guys are wondering why i started this post so early......I have noticed on here that when a thread is started with a challenge posted its usually to late for others to join in so i figured this way anyone who wants to start right from the beginning has a weeks time to find out out about it. Glad you guys are joining with me I love having ppl to help in this weight loss journey.

hi, i would really like to join this challenge. this is my first post and my first time on the website in fact, and i'm really getting motivated to eat healthy and lose weight. also, random fact, june 30th is my 21st birthday! good time for a life change, don't you think?

i am currently traveling and can't get to a scale, but i hope i can still be part of this challenge by following my suggested calorie intake and sticking to my diet plan, eating healthy and not binging on tons of junk food! i hope that by the time i come home at the end of july (which is also the end of this challenge) and step on a scale for the first time in a while, i will be happy with what i see!

kippicat, No worries about the scale when you get back if you stick to the challenge im sure it will be moving down for you. and 21st bday! what a way to begin a diff lifestyle change.

Just save this thread.

Come on here june 30th and put down your starting weight.

Then 7 days after start weight add in your weightloss if its not any still put down your weight.

Do this for 4 weeks straight.

Follow the rules that are list above.

If you need help with the food you should eat and what kind of exercise you should do their are alot of forums for help with this on here and also on this homepage. But if you stick to your calorie intake for the day of around 1400 keep the fat cals low you will have no problem losing the weight. Must get in some exercise as well each week!

Yes!  I started at 133, went down to 127 and now I'm stuck! I need some motivation to get me to my goal of 110 by August 31st.  I'll be checking in!

I'M IN! I've really only got 10 pounds to loose...maybe 15 eventually but 10 for now. I just joined this site yesterday but am doing really well on my food selections for this week and my fiance and I are looking into getting a ellipticle. YAY! I love a challange! I'll post my weight on June 30th

i would love to join! :) however, i dont think i can lose 10 pounds that fast. so i will set my own goal at 5 pounds. my current weight is 128 and my goal weight is 115. but for this challenge, it will be 123. good luck everyone! :)
