Well first I ate a hot dog with bun on Monday and drank around 1 cup of white milk & a small piece of avocado on Tuesday, second I added 10 minutes of exercise to my routine and my back, left knee and hip hurts and third I got sick on Tuesday.

I think the one that did me in besides the extra food was not drinking too much water. I hate water, I hate the taste and do not crave it, I have to drink it ice cold, mostly the glass full of ice, but even then if I don’t crave it I cant drink it, I just get nauseated. this is one of the reasons I don limit my salt, besides the point I love salty food, salty food makes me thirty.

Yesterday if I drank 3 - 4 glasses it was too much.

There are many diet drinks that would count as water. If you like green tea, Lipton makes a diet green tea that would count as water. Only down side is it contains aspertame. Some people will not touch aspertame. Powerade also has a new drink now with zero calories and would count as water as well. There are many other options.  Water is tasteless, so I'm assuming you just don't like the dynamics of drinking too much of it? If you're eating a lot of salt and tha hot dog is loaded with salt, you should be drinking something. There are days that I'm not in the mood for water myself, but it become so routine now, that I don't even think of drinking four 16.9 bottles of aquafina or daswani. You should also eat fruits, especially bananas and some veggies.

Good Luck and as far as exercising which results in pain, a simple 20 minute walk is better than nothing at all.
