Knee IT band problems
hey
so from increasing milage to quickly my IT band is flaring up. no pyhsio in the place im located so im staying away from the running in the meantine. anything to eal up the process other than RICE.
Experienced runners advice esp welcome. iv been takn it slow the past 6 weeks running wise and not been able to help myself i increased to wuockly so just back to teaching spin for me !
