***50-70 lbs. to Lose Club!***

Hey everyone! I decided to make a group for those who need to lose anywhere from 50 to 70 lbs. I think if we do weigh-ins once a week (whatever day works for each person), we can all keep each other motivated. It is possible for most people who join this group to lose mostly all of the extra weight by the end of 2008! We can all use tomorrow as our first weigh-in. Who's with me Smile?!

I'm pretty new to this site.  But, I would love to become part of a support group.  I'm totally interested in losing at least 50lbs.  I'm about 5'6'' 188lbs right now.  A healthy weight range for me would be between 125lbs and 155lbs.  I personally would be loving myself at 155lbs.  
Hey Im totally with you. Ive only been on the site for two weeks and think its brilliant, the extra support could be just what I need. Im 5'8" and 219 lbs and want to be 152 or so. If I could do that by the end of the year it would be fabulous. 

So I just weighed myself and I'm pretty excited :)! I am down 3 lbs. from last week.

Hi, can I join too?  Today is my first day of this weight loss program.  I want to lose 55 pounds and hopefully do it before the end of the year.  Sundays will be weigh in day for me I'll post it to this forum every week.  This sound like just the right motivation to keep me on track.  Thanks,  guys!

Since Jan 1 I've lost 5lbs and have 48 more to go till my goal.  Technically I'm 70 lbs overweight.  I'd be trilled to get down to 150 and once I'm there we'll see about the next 20lbs.

So what is everyone doing for exercise? I hit the gym mon and wed for 30 minutes treadmill and 10 minutes stairclimber at lunch. Then tues and Thurs I hit the gym for 25 min treadmill and 15 elliptcal followed by 45 minutes or so of weights. Tuesdays legs and back and Thursdays arms and chest.

My sisters getting married in August and I'm her maid of honor, which I would be OK with if all the brides maids were not size 2's. Please motivate me, I just bought an expenseive treadmill to help.
