In 2006 I started at 120kg, I lost 20kg within 6-7months while doing exercise afterwork and because my new job was more active than before.

At the end of 2007 I weighed around 98kg and I joined a gym around february when i could afford it.

I gained a few KG in March/June and went up to 108kg.

But I  kept at it and I am now 91kg

Excellent work! I know this must have required amazing drive and dedication and I believe sharing your accomplishment will motivate others.

Thank you so much for sharing!

there is only one reason that kept me going, it's one girl.

I didn't like her at first, but when I got to know her well my whole life changed, when I asked her out she sort of nicely rejected it by saying when she is ready we would go for that trip. I knew she would have rejected as I did not look so great back then.

So from that day onwards I promised myself I will work to the best I can, giving my 100% and never give up so that one day when I see her or someone like her again I might get lucky to atleast. She is my goal and motivation.

If only she knew.
