Hey guys,
I was working out today and seemed to have hurt myself slightly. I was doing squats and all of a sudden I got a sudden sharp pain in the top of my thigh going towards the inner part. It kind of felt like how it does when you get a shot deep in the muscle or something. Anyone else ever experience this? Any idea what I did? I mean I know obviously no one here is a doctor but I was wondering by experience if anyone ever had anything similar happen to them?
Are you doing your squats correctly? making sure your knees dont pass your feet and keeping ur back aligned? Is it still hurting? Maybe try stretching and icing it and/or massaging it. I really have no idea what it could be. If it continues I would suggest maybe seeing a doctor.
Thanks for answering R.B. I appreciate it. :)
Yeah, I'm suspecting that I was doing the squats wrong in some way without realizing it. I looked some stuff up online and the closest thing I could find was that I tore or pulled my Quadricep. Ack. :/
