does anyone know anywhere that you can get pre-portioned packs of PB in the UK, online or in shops? i mean the ones you can get in the US which are little 1TBS tubs or around that size.
You can't, as far as I'm aware. You can find preportioned nutella if you're lucky, but otherwise, they're not available.
sad times :( i've spent over an hour looking, even on ebay! LOL i text 118118 and asked them where i could get it and they said go to snuffstore.co.uk which is a tobacco website :| so the closest i have got, is a 25g tin of peanut butter flavoured tobacco. munch.
Just portion it yourself! It wouldn't be too difficult, just buy some small tupperware containers and take your jar and measure out a serving and put them in the tupperware and store it. That way when you reach for peanut butter it'll just be 1-2 tablespoons or whatever
