I'm really learning a new thing by trying to live a healthier lifestyle.  This is pretty new to me because of the fact that in my younger years I was really into sports and was pretty athletic.  This left me with some pretty bad habits since I could eat whatever I wanted and then would run it off.  I'm not looking to try to become the model of healthy living but I do want to lose quite a bit of weight and become a little more active.
