I am 24, married, living in L.A. and trying to lose 10-15 pounds by Autumn. I have an office job and a long commute so it really makes it difficult to find time to work out. Or maybe I'm just lazy. :)

Mostly I've been counting calories (usually 1400-1500 per day) though I'm going to try to incorporate exercise at least a few days a week.

As of 07/07/06 I weigh 141.8 and wear size 10 pants. Also, here are my measurements:

Waist: 29 in. (pretty much fine with this measurment - smaller would be great, but it's not something I'm worried about)

Hips: 41 in. (my biggest problem...but unfortunately I think it's mostly bone structure...not must I can do to change that :( )

Thighs: 23 in. (my other big problem - I need to slim and tone!)

Calves: 15 (I hate my calves and ankles - I think I totally have "cankles" but I don't know how much these can be changed either)

Ankles: 9

Arms:10 (getting flabby...need a lot of toning, too!)

Tummy: 35 (not sucking in at all)

My goal is 130 and down to a size 6/8. But also, thanks mostly to this site, I'm really concentrating on not only losing weight, but also being healthy. I want to give my body all the lovely, delicious things it needs to work great!
