I'm a mommy of two.  I work full time at a desk job, although in a creative industry. 

I live in Arizona, in a fairly small town, in which I am a freak for wanting to eat healthy and not eat red meat.  (Around here, if you can't hunt it, kill it or marry it - don't bother!)

I love to cook, and love to share recipes with anyone who's got yummy things to make out of ingredients you can find at the local Safeway (no specialty stores around here).
