
I am currently re-inventing my outlook on health. After my wife took ill, I didn't pay attention to myself and allowed my self to drift up to 400lbs. I have never been over 250 and didn't realize it until I couldn't breathe or stay awake due to not sleeping. I have started at a gym, gone on a health food diet, and drinking natural and herbal teas. I have cut out alcohol except once in awhile with friends. I'm down to 338 as I write this, and look forward to meeting other people taking charge of their life and losing weight too. It helps to hear other folks have the same challenges.
